My name is Esperanza. I was born and raised in California and moved to Oregon 20 years ago. My husband Jorge and I have been married for 20 years and have 3 wonderful children: Ashley, Enrique, and Yaretzi. I love spending time outdoors and camping with my family. Our favorite camping spot is Jone’s creek.

I entered the insurance world back in 2001 as a customer service representative and got my insurance license in 2006. For 15 years I worked for an independent agency in Tigard then decided to take a break and be a stay-at-home mom to spend more time with my family. At Brown Insurance I am a bilingual agent here and ready to help everyone in our community with their insurance needs.

My name is Madison but you can call me Madi. I entered the insurance world at 14 years old answering phones and filing paperwork at another agency in Salem then worked my way more north in 2018. Over my years I have learned many things and I look forward to continuing to learn every day. At Brown Insurance I work as a personal and commercial line licensed CSR.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors whether that is camping, hiking, kayaking, spending the day at the lake, or even just a barbecue.

My name is Austin Coley and I was born and raised in Molalla and now live in Oregon City. While growing up in Molalla I was a part of the multiple sports team which included Football, Rodeo, and track. Once out of high school I attended George Fox University where I obtained a degree in Management and Organizational Leadership. Since graduating college, I have spent 10 years working in the outdoor industry and only recently entered the insurance world. I have worked for Brown insurance for 2 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. While challenging I very much enjoy learning about people and their families. I take my job very seriously as people are entrusting me to take care of their most prized possessions. My family is made up of myself, my girlfriend Megan, our 8-year-old son Logan, and our miniature Australian shepherd Blue. Together we enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible hiking, fishing, and camping. When I am not working or playing in the outdoors, I am doing remodel projects around our home.

My name is Joe Egli. For those who do not know yet, I purchased Brown Insurance Agency from Dan and Carl nearly two years ago. I have been with Brown insurance since spring of 2016 and worked at another agency in Salem for over a decade before that. I am here to assist you with your personal, business, life, and health insurance needs, you just name it!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife Shelly, and three adult kiddos Sydney, Madi, and Noah. I should also mention I am the BBQ KING! Volunteering, supporting my community, and getting out to meet people are all things I value and strive to do. Please call or stop by and say hi, I would love to meet you.

Skip joined our team after being adopted from a rescue in 2021. She is a Pitbull and Staffordshire Terrier mix and is the sweetest senior gal around. Her days mostly consist of napping and rolling on her back and her favorite activity is running around on the beach!
